Team
Wade Galt, the
pioneering developer of these systems and coaching programs,
has been involved in the insurance business for over 25 years.
He has worked as an Agency Staff Person, Claim Representative,
Sales and Marketing Trainer, Computer Trainer, Business Analyst
for a Company-wide Software Creation, Executive Leadership Coach,
Agency Teamwork Consultant, Mulit-Line Sales Coach, and Outside
Subject Matter Expert / Consultant on the Multi-Line Insurance
and Financial Service Sales Process. Wade has obtained the CLU
and CPCU designations. He also has a Master's degree in Mental
Health Counseling Psychology, which he has used on more than
one occasion in the insurance and software fields.
Laura Bortz
is a solid, polite, patient, helpful, and continuously complimented
support person who helps agents, team members, and management
personnel understand the system and do the most important
thing of all - implement it!
